Common issues

  • Can't log in: confirm you are using the same email used to create your portal account.
  • Verification pending: some verification workflows require review time; check your portal status.
  • Document access: documents appear after required steps are completed and your profile is approved.
  • Funding instructions not visible: funding rails are shown after eligibility and document steps are satisfied.

Before you start

  • Review the public fund overview and risk framing on Local Salsa.
  • Have entity documents ready if investing through an entity.
  • Plan for accredited investor verification (506(c) process).
